Are you interested in joining our Winter Faerie Market for the Ball? We are currently looking for thematically appropriate vendors for 8 vendor slots. Please read the information below and then fill out the form if you are interested in vending. Please be as specific as possible in the ‘Description of goods you wish to sell’ section. That will help us evaluate whether your business is thematically appropriate to the event.
Vending spaces are 8’x8′ and cost $45. Vending spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors may begin setup at 6 pm on the 28th (February 4th in the event of inclement weather). The Vending fee covers 2 vendors per space. Additional people will need to purchase tickets.
Cancellation deadline is December 21st, 2016. Cancellations must be received prior to this date for a partial refund of fees. $10 of the original registration fee will be held to cover handling costs. After the cancellation deadline, refunds will not be possible.
The seller must have a Maryland Sales Tax License, must display the license during the sales activity and follow all requirements of Maryland Law. You are responsible for your own permits, taxes, insurance, and any other legal requirements for your business. The event organizers are not liable for any of the above, and will not collect or pay sales tax for vendors.
You must bring your own tables, chairs, and display units. We are unable to provide these items for you.
